The children's author David Walliams lost his contract with book publisher.
Acclaimed writer for children and entertainer David Walliams has parted ways with his UK book publisher, as confirmed by the firm.
A representative for the publisher commented: "Following a thorough review, and under the leadership of its fresh leadership, HarperCollins UK has decided not to publish additional books by David Walliams."
Reports indicate that the decision was taken subsequent to an investigation into claims about questionable actions towards female individuals.
The firm declined to specify the reasons for its decision, stating: "We do not comment on internal matters."
